Custom Plush Toy Safety
Plush toy safety of all our products is paramount and we achieve it in an ethical and professional manner. We work with reputable factories that provide clean working environments for their employees. They use third-party inspection companies to perform audits on their equipment and labor practices. We guarantee these factories are clean and safe for all.
Our custom plush toys are never made with hazardous parts or paints. Each plush toy is securely stitched, sewn, and embroidered to ensure solid craftsmanship. Upon completion of mass production, every custom plush toy and custom stuffed animal is passed through a metal detector before packaging and shipping.
In addition to our in-house safety and quality control, our clients have the option to use 3rd party testing labs like SGS and BACL to ensure your custom plush toysmeet or exceed toy safety standards as outlined in the USA and Canada.
As for toy labeling, each toy comes with a nylon material “sewn-in label” that includes details about the importer's location, production location, material information, ID number, batch number, and date. These sewn-in labels are not mandatory in Canada but are mandatory in the USA.
