Can you create a sample before I decide to order?

We most certainly can and will! After you approve a quote, we start off by making a same-size sample of your custom mascot design. During this process, you’ll be assigned your very own Project Manager who will help to review your project and help with any necessary revisions you might need, as hey…we want you feeling confident and satisfied with your mascot plush.

What sizes do you offer?

For mascot stuffed animals and toys, we offer a size range of 5" to 24". Some mascots are quite complex, so the smaller the size you go, the harder it is for us to replicate details. So we won't go any smaller then a 5" size. Ultimately, it comes down to what works best to represent your specific design and what price and profit you’re looking at achieving.

We can tell you the most popular sizes that our clients use for their custom plush toy mascots are 7", 9”, 12” and 15”.

What's the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 500 pieces per design with price breaks occurring every 1000 pieces ordered thereafter. Due to the high volume of work we bring our partnered factories, we’ve been able to negotiate lower minimums so as to help accommodate small start-up business, and sport teams as well as large corporations who might seek lower volumes as a “test run” before ordering larger quantities on their second run.

Step 1 (The Prototype Stage)

Once you've reviewed and approved a free quote for custom plush mascot toys, you'll be assigned a Project Manager who will help to revise and perfect a plush prototype sample via photos you'll be emailed. After you approve the photos, we'll mail out your prototype sample so that you can touch and feel the quality and review the overall design and shape before you place your order for mass production and delivery. Don’t worry, your Project Manager will help you every step of the way and will even help with any retailing questions you might have. Did we mention your custom plush mascots will come with free customized hang tags?

Step 2 (The Mass Production Stage)

We're an expert and experienced custom plush mascot manufacturer, so once you've approved your custom mascot prototype sample, you can place and order for mass production. During this time frame, we’ll purchase fabrics, cut fabrics, embroider/screen print necessary fabrics, assemble, sew and stuff. Additionally, we’ll mass produce your plush prototype sample to meet your order requirements and make sure your retail custom plush toys meet or exceed all toy safety standards including CCPSA (Canada) CPSIA (USA), and we pass each mascot toy or animal through a metal detector before packing into a box.

Step 3 (The Shipping Stage)

Once mass production of your custom mascot is completed, we'll take care of all shipping logistics which include picking your order up in China and shipping it to the nearest port in the United States or Australia. We’ll even take care of all customs clearance. International shipping isn’t always easy, but we’ve become near experts at making sure our clients order arrives safely and on time.
