Can you create a custom prototype sample first?

We always make up a stuffed animal with your company logo incorporated on the prototype sample first, and you'll work with your Project Manager to go over and complete any possible revisions that might be needed. Once you're happy with your prototype sample, you can place your bulk mass production order and arrange delivery to your location throughout the United States.

Are you able to ship my order to various locations?

Most certainly. Let us know if you need us to ship your order to various locations within North America or Australia. We can also do staggered production and shipping when necessary, so as to help keep the flow of your project moving, while allowing you time and space to accommodate your needs.

Can you add my business logo and details to my custom stuffed toys?

Typically, most companies like to add their personal logo to either the front, back or bottom area of their promotional stuffed animals. Additionally, we'll help design a custom hang tag that we'll attach to each custom stuffed toy via a plastic spine. This custom hang tag can display your main or secondary logo, as well as any event details or contact information.

What's the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 500 pieces per design with price breaks occurring every 1000 pieces ordered thereafter. Due to the high volume of work we bring our partnered factories, we’ve been able to negotiate lower minimums so as to help accommodate small start-up business and those larger corporations who seek to receive a “test run” first.

Step 1 (The Prototype Stage)

Once you've reviewed and approved a free quote for your promotional stuffed animals, you'll be assigned your very own Project Manager who will help to revise and perfect a stuffed toy prototype, via photos you'll be emailed. After you approve the photos, we'll mail you your custom prototype sample for you to touch and feel our quality and review the overall design and shape of your corporate giveaways stuffed toys before you place your order for bulk mass production and delivery.

Step 2 (The Mass Production Stage)

We're an experienced custom stuffed toys manufacturer, so once you've approved your custom stuffed prototype sample, you can place your order for mass production. During this time, we’ll purchase fabrics, cut fabrics, embroider or screen print necessary fabrics, assemble, sew and stuff. Additionally, we’ll mass produce your plush prototype sample to meet your order requirements as well as have a 3rd party lab test your toys to meet either American (C.P.S.C.) toy safety regulations or Australian (A.C.C.C.) toy safety regulations.

Step 3 (The Shipping Stage)

Once mass production of your corporation’s stuffed toys is completed, we'll take care of all shipping logistics which include picking your order up in China and shipping it to the nearest port in the United States or Australia. We’ll then ground ship to your location and take care of all customs clearance. International shipping can have its challenges, but we’ve become near experts at making sure your bulk promotional plush toys arrive safely and on time!
